Privacy Policy

Effective date: 16 October 2026

This policy explains what happens to personal information in connection with the website mutespectrum.online. The responsible entity is MEBAT Distribution s.r.o., Táboritská 880/14, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic, company registration 04016637, contactable at info@mutespectrum.online. Where this policy says "we", it means MEBAT Distribution s.r.o.

Personal information in connection with this site is handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, which the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner publishes at oaic.gov.au/privacy/australian-privacy-principles. Because that framework is organised as thirteen principles, this policy is organised the same way, so you can check each one against what the site actually does.

The scope is this domain only. Mutespectrum.online links to other websites, including https://price-low.eu/a/73PqKhW7nnIR1Yg and the sites of Australian government bodies. Those sites are operated by other organisations under their own privacy policies, and this policy has nothing to say about them.

One summary sentence, before the detail: this site has no forms, no accounts, no cookies and no third-party code, so the only personal information involved is the access log kept by the hosting provider and whatever you choose to put in an email to us.

APP 1 — Open and transparent management of personal information

This page is the whole of our privacy documentation and it is linked from the footer of every page on the site. It names the responsible entity, the address, the registration number and the contact address above rather than referring to "the Company". Anyone may ask a question about it at info@mutespectrum.online. We do not state whether MEBAT Distribution s.r.o. is an APP entity, and we claim no exemption from anything.

APP 2 — Anonymity and pseudonymity

Reading this site requires no identification of any kind. There is nothing to sign in to and nothing that asks who you are. If you write to us, you may use a pseudonymous email address and need not give your real name. The single exception is a request for access to, or correction of, personal information about you: we can only answer such a request if we can tell which information is yours, which usually means writing from the address the information concerns.

APP 3 — Collection of solicited personal information

We ask for nothing. There is no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no account, no quiz, no progress saving, no phone field and no chat widget anywhere on this site. The checklists in the course are printed lists; they contain no input fields and do not record what you tick.

Two categories of personal information nevertheless exist:

  1. Server access logs, kept by our hosting provider as an ordinary function of serving pages. Each entry may contain your IP address, the date and time of the request, the URL requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, and your browser's user-agent string.
  2. The content of emails you send to info@mutespectrum.online: your email address, any name you choose to give, your message and any attachment you add.

Nothing else is collected. There are no cookies, no web fonts, no analytics, no advertising tags, no pixels, no profiling and no cross-site tracking, and the pages of this site request nothing from any other server.

APP 4 — Dealing with unsolicited personal information

Because we ask for nothing, anything personal that reaches us is, strictly, unsolicited. If an email contains personal information we do not need in order to reply — details of other people, documents sent in error, material unrelated to the site — we delete it as soon as it is lawful and reasonable to do so, and we do not use it for anything in the meantime.

APP 5 — Notification of the collection of personal information

This page is that notification, and it is written before the fact rather than after it. The two categories above are the complete list, the purposes are stated under APP 6, the recipients under "Who receives information", and the retention periods under "How long things are kept". If you email us, your message is held for the purpose of answering you and for no other purpose.

APP 6 — Use or disclosure of personal information

Access logs are used for three things only: keeping the site secure, dealing with abuse such as automated attacks, and diagnosing faults. Emails are used for one thing only: replying to you and, where it is a correction, fixing the page.

We do not sell, rent, trade or share personal information for marketing, and we do not disclose it to anyone for any purpose other than those above. Information is disclosed to a court, regulator or law enforcement body only where the law requires it.

APP 7 — Direct marketing

We send no direct marketing of any kind. There is no mailing list, no newsletter, no promotional email and no course reminder, because the course is not something you sign up to. If you email us, you will receive a reply and nothing else.

APP 8 — Cross-border disclosure of personal information

Two service providers are involved in running this site: our hosting provider, which stores the server access logs, and our email service provider, which stores messages sent to our address. We have not named a country for either, because we do not represent where their infrastructure sits at any given time; both may store or process data outside Australia, and the publisher itself is established in the Czech Republic, so data associated with this site should be assumed to be held outside Australia.

No other overseas disclosure occurs. In particular, no data is sent to any analytics, advertising or content delivery service, because none is used.

APP 9 — Adoption, use or disclosure of government related identifiers

This principle has no application here. We do not adopt, use or disclose any government related identifier — no tax file number, no Medicare number, no driver licence number, no passport number. We never ask for one and have no use for one.

APP 10 — Quality of personal information

The only information we hold that could be inaccurate is whatever appears in an email you sent us. If something in our correspondence about you is wrong, write and tell us and we will correct it. We do not build profiles, so there is no derived or inferred information that could be inaccurate.

APP 11 — Security of personal information

The site is served over HTTPS. It operates no database, stores no submissions and runs no server-side application that could hold reader data, because there is nothing submitted to hold. The hosting account and the mailbox are accessible only to people working for MEBAT Distribution s.r.o., using individual credentials.

We hold no certification and claim compliance with no standard beyond what is stated on this page. Logs and emails are deleted at the end of the periods set out below, which is itself part of keeping them safe.

APP 12 — Access to personal information

You may ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it. Email info@mutespectrum.online with "Privacy request" in the subject line. There is no charge for making a request. We reply within 30 days.

APP 13 — Correction of personal information

You may ask us to correct personal information we hold about you, using the same address and the same subject line. There is no charge, and we reply within 30 days. If we disagree that a correction is needed, we will say so and explain why, and you may ask us to note your view alongside the information.

How long things are kept

Server access logs are kept for 30 days and then deleted. Emails are kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation and then deleted, unless a particular message is needed in connection with a legal claim, in which case it is kept until that matter ends.

Who receives information

Only two recipients exist: our hosting provider, which holds the access logs, and our email service provider, which holds our mailbox. Neither is permitted to use that information for its own purposes. Nobody else receives anything.

Affiliate links and what happens when you click one

This site carries paid affiliate links, explained in full on the Affiliate Disclosure page. When you click one, you leave mutespectrum.online. From that moment the site you arrive at — War Thunder's, and the affiliate network that operates the link — may set cookies or use similar technology on their own domains to record that the referral came from us. That happens under their policies, not ours, and we neither control nor can inspect it.

What we receive is a commission report from the network: counts and amounts, used only to reconcile payments. We do not seek, and have no interest in obtaining, information that identifies individual readers, and we do not try to connect any report to any visit to this site.

Complaints

If you think your personal information has been mishandled in connection with this site, write to info@mutespectrum.online first and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints.

Data breaches

If we become aware of unauthorised access to, or loss of, personal information connected with this site, we assess the incident promptly. Where serious harm to any affected person is likely, we notify those people and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Children

This site is not directed at people under 16. It is a reading resource for adults making a household decision. We collect nothing that would identify a reader of any age, and we have no means of telling how old a reader is.

Readers in the European Union and the United Kingdom

MEBAT Distribution s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so the General Data Protection Regulation also applies to its handling of personal information.

The legal bases are these. Server access logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interests in keeping the site secure, available and free of abuse. Emails are processed in order to respond to the enquiry you have made. There is no consent basis anywhere on this site, because there are no cookies and no optional processing to consent to.

Where the Regulation applies to you, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you may exercise them by emailing info@mutespectrum.online. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), at uoou.gov.cz.

Changes to this policy

If this policy is revised, the effective date at the top is updated on the same day. Where a change is material, a note saying so appears at the top of this page for 30 days, so that a returning reader can see that something moved.
