What to put in the subject line

• Correction — if something on a page is wrong. Name the page and the sentence; that is far quicker for both of us than a general description.
• Privacy request — if you want access to, or correction of, personal information the publisher holds about you. The Privacy Policy explains what that is in practice, and these requests are answered within 30 days.
• Legal — for anything concerning the terms, the trademark notice or the affiliate disclosure.
• Question about the course — for anything else about the five steps.

What we cannot help with

We are not any game publisher's support desk and have no access to anybody's game account. If your problem is with a game — an account you cannot sign in to, a purchase that went wrong, a download that keeps failing — the publisher of that game is the only party who can act on it. This site is not an official, authorised or partnered source for any product it mentions.

We also cannot tell you whether a particular game will run on your computer. Step 2 of the course explains how to answer that yourself, with the four values your own operating system will report.

Privacy of your message

Email sent to the address above is held by the publisher's email service provider, which may store data outside Australia, and is kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation unless it is needed for a legal claim. Anything in your message that is not needed to reply to you is deleted when it is lawful and reasonable to do so. You may write under a pseudonym, except where you are asking for access to or correction of your own information, which requires enough identification to answer honestly.
